End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

AJ Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PomoDeck on your personal devices for personal or commercial productivity purposes.

2. Permitted Use

• • Install and use on up to 3 devices you own or control
• • Use with compatible Logitech hardware and Logi Options+
• • Use for personal, educational, or professional productivity

3. Restrictions

• • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
• • Do not redistribute, sublicense, or sell
• • Do not remove copyright notices or branding
• • Do not use for unlawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

PomoDeck and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of AJ Studios.

5. Third-Party Software

PomoDeck requires Logitech Options+ for hardware features. These are governed by their own license agreements. PomoDeck is not affiliated with or endorsed by Logitech.

6. Privacy

PomoDeck does not collect or transmit personal data. All data stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AJ STUDIOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AJ STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, uninstall and destroy all copies.
