When reporting a bug, please include:
- • Your OS version (Windows 10/11)
- • PomoDeck version (Settings → About)
- • Steps to reproduce the issue
- • Screenshots if applicable
- • Log file (Settings → About → Open Log Folder)
Installation
Step 1: Download and run the installer from the homepage.
Step 2: Double-click the .lplug4 file to install the plugin.
Step 3: Open Logi Options+ → drag PomoDeck actions onto your buttons.
Common Issues
Windows shows "Unknown Publisher" warning
Click "More info" → "Run anyway". This is normal for indie software.
Plugin doesn't appear in Logi Options+
Restart Logi Options+, then double-click the .lplug4 file again.
App and plugin aren't syncing
Ensure the app is running (check system tray). Connection uses localhost port 1314.
Web blocking isn't working
Set your browser to "Use system proxy settings". PomoDeck cleans up proxy on exit.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. Email hello@pomodeck.com if you need help.
